You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of Booking is accurate and complete. This includes your personal details, travel dates, and any special requirements. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in your Booking details.
4.3 Payment
Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of Booking) is required to confirm your Booking. All payments must be made in the currency specified. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
4.4 Price Confirmation
All prices displayed on our Site are subject to change without notice until your Booking is confirmed. Once your Booking is confirmed, the price will not change unless there is an obvious error in the price or due to changes in government-imposed taxes or fees.
4.5 Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, as required for your destination. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
5.1 Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your Booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply based on when we receive your cancellation notice and the terms of the specific services booked.
5.2 Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges vary depending on the services booked and the timing of your cancellation. These will be communicated to you at the time of Booking. In some cases, no refund will be available if you cancel after a certain date.
5.3 Cancellation by Us or Travel Suppliers
We reserve the right to cancel your Booking in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, or if the minimum number of participants required for a particular tour or activity is not reached. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
5.4 Changes to Bookings
If you wish to make changes to your Booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to accommodate your changes, but this cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and other travel-related risks. Travel insurance is not included in the price of our Services unless explicitly stated.
7.1 Our Liability
We will exercise reasonable skill and care in the provision of our Services. However, we cannot be held responsible for the actions or omissions of Travel Suppliers or for any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, or inconvenience that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
7.2 Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster, or any other event that is beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agghigroun Travel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) that arise from your use of our Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.
